WHAT DOES YOUR MOST VIBRANT SELF LOOK LIKE?

Have you ever imagined it?


close your eyes.


And picture yourself a year from now having the BEST day of your life. You are doing what you love, living as vibrantly as you ever have.

what do you see?


Look around you. Who do you see? What do you see? What environment are you in? Are you walking along the beach? Surrounded by people? Sit with this until you have created the perfect day in your head and think about it.

what are you doing?


Are you heading to yoga? Are you relaxing in your beautiful home in your favourite comfy chair? Are you meditating in your favourite sunny spot? Are you writing a book, training for a marathon, or singing in front of crowds of people? What are you wearing?

what do you smell?


Tune into all of your senses. When you breath in, what aromas are you capturing? Is it the salty sunscreen beach filled scent, or maybe fresh florals as you walk through your garden. Is it your favourite freshly cooked meal? Or maybe the scent of your partner as you hold hands and snuggle up to one another.

what does your day look like?


Now, I want you to walk through your day; from start to finish. Leave no detail out. How do you wake up in the morning? What feelings are you embodying? What is the first thing you do when you get out of bed? What do you see out of your window? Do this until you have completed your day until the very last moment of your day when you fall asleep.

now, here is where it gets good.


This is a powerful exercise for many reasons but why I personally love it so much is for this. When you reflect back on what you saw, did, and heard throughout the day - what are elements of this beautiful, vibrant, best day ever that you can incorporate into your life


RIGHT NOW?


That outfit you imagined yourself wearing, can you buy it?


The yoga session you headed out to first thing in the morning that made you feel like a million bucks, can you book it?


The daily routine that you walked yourself through, what parts of that can you incorporate into your routine today? Can you make your fresh immune boosting juice tomorrow morning? Start on the first page of your book for 20 minutes right now? Schedule the workout you imagined yourself doing into your schedule?


HERE IS THE SECRET...

We can start embodying our best lives, right now. We can create it and live it, right NOW. We don't need to wait until __________ happens to do it. We attract and create our own realities and once we realize that there are so many ways to take action TODAY, our life will change.
